Menominee County Federal Credit Union is a member-owned organization dedicated to providing personable, quality service while offering a full range of benefits designed to meet your financial needs.

Our credit union was founded in 1948 in Powers, Michigan. We now have $54 million in assets with over 9700 members and 3 branches covering Menominee County. While we explore technological opportunities to provide our membership with quality services, we also believe in the importance of a professional, educated, and friendly staff as the key to providing complete satisfaction to our members.

Membership

Menominee County Federal Credit Union serves anyone who lives or works in Menominee County.

Members must open a share account with a minimum deposit of $5.00 which serves as the basic membership account. Once a prime share account is opened, as a member you may enjoy all of the Credit Unions services.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

 
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
 
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
